COVID-19 Safety Measures

Studio Format

In accordance with CDC and state & local guidelines, you will no longer be required to wear a face mask while inside the studio.

Acrylic partitions will continue to be used for all manicure services and at our front desk, and face shields will be made available for all other services.

A medical-grade air purifier has been installed to continuously clean the air in our studio.

We will never ask your vaccination status, but we ask that you respect our team and fellow clients’ health choices.

We will continue to extend our recovery time between clients for proper disinfection and sterilization between services.

Our drink service and magazine & book offerings are still suspended in an effort to reduce physical touch points.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Although walk-ins are now permitted, we encourage you to book an appointment, as we are a busy studio and tend to book out at least a week in advance.

You may cancel up to 3 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Appointments held for 10 minutes or longer without prior notification will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service total. All late arrivals risk either receiving an abbreviated service or losing the appointment all together.

Check-In & Check-Out

We require all clients to have a credit card on file with us to secure their booking. You may change this card or use cash upon check-out.

Tips can be paid in cash or via Venmo (preferred).

Please do not bring guests with you for your service, unless they are also scheduled for a service.

What Our Team Is Doing

Hands will be washed or sanitized at the start of every shift and in between appointments.

As usual, a new pair of gloves will be used for every service.

As usual, disposable implements will not be reused. Reusable implements will be sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave between each use.

Disinfection and sterilization measures between services will remain frequent and thorough. Our team has been re-trained on our sterilization protocol, as well as the additional measures we will be taking to ensure your safety.

Our restroom will be cleaned twice daily instead of once daily.

Pencils and pens will be immediately disinfected after use.

What We Ask of You

Required: You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you arrive for your appointment.

Required: Valid credit or debit card on file prior to your appointment time.
